San Tan Valley Asphalt Paving provides asphalt paving, sealcoating, repair, striping, and related services to residential and commercial customers in San Tan Valley, AZ and surrounding communities. The specific scope of work for any project is defined in a written estimate or proposal provided before work begins. We do not perform work beyond the agreed scope without your prior written or verbal authorization.
All estimates are provided free of charge and carry no obligation. An estimate is based on the information available at the time of the site visit. Final pricing may change if conditions discovered during the project differ from what was visible during the estimate, such as a failed base layer or previously hidden damage.
We will communicate any pricing changes before proceeding with work that would increase the total cost. You have the right to approve or decline any change in scope.
Once a project is scheduled, we ask for reasonable advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We reserve the right to reschedule projects due to weather conditions, material availability, or other circumstances outside our control. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative date.
Asphalt and sealcoating work requires favorable weather conditions. We may delay the start of a project if conditions - including temperature, rain, or high winds - are not suitable for quality workmanship.
Payment terms will be specified in your written estimate or proposal. A deposit may be required before work begins on larger projects. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project unless other terms have been agreed upon in writing.
We accept payment by check, cash, and other methods as communicated at the time of scheduling. Accounts unpaid after 30 days from the invoice date may be subject to a late fee or referral to a collections process. You agree to reimburse us for any reasonable costs incurred in collecting an overdue balance.
You agree to provide us with accurate information about your property and the project scope. You are responsible for clearing the work area of vehicles, personal property, landscaping, or other obstructions before the crew arrives, unless we have agreed in writing to handle that as part of the project.
If you live in an HOA-governed community, you are responsible for obtaining any required HOA approvals before we begin work. We are not responsible for violations or fines resulting from work performed at your direction without required approvals.
We stand behind the quality of our work. Any warranty applicable to a specific project will be stated in writing in the project proposal or estimate. Warranties are limited to defects in workmanship and do not cover damage caused by normal wear and aging, weather events, ground movement, improper use, or failure to maintain the surface as recommended.
Asphalt is a natural material that changes over time in response to heat, UV exposure, and traffic. Color changes, minor surface variations, and gradual aging are not defects. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to repair or replacement of the defective work as determined by us.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, San Tan Valley Asphalt Paving is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific project will not exceed the amount you paid for that project.
